On April 5th & 12th we partnered to host three separate free community cooking classes featuring culinary guru and instructor Chef Cal Nikiforoff and cake decorator extraordinaire, Charlianne Shultz, both from Carlton Trail College!
Chef Cal lead the class in creating an impressive and affordable 4-course feast in under 3 hours, including:
Custard tarts
Sausage Rolls
Canadian corn chowder
BBQ Pork loin with house made bbq sauce
Sautéed Cabbage side dish
Meanwhile, Charlianne took the lead with the kiddos teaching them fun cupcake decorating skills!
