2014 Positive Ticketing
With financial and in-kind support from SaskTel, the City of Humboldt & Conexus Credit Union, in 2014 we, along with the Humboldt RCMP, Humboldt & District Ambulance Service and Humboldt Fire Department brought back this creative and effective initiative to Humboldt & Area.
In total, between May and September, 241 Positive Tickets were handed out to area children and youth for wearing helmets while biking, wearing safety gear while skateboarding, using crosswalks and helping others.
